Worth Getting in 2026?
Featured is one of six official eFootball card types: hand-picked players based on their current-season performance, and they can be developed. A Featured player is worth getting when the card fills a real gap in your lineup, its Playing Style suits the role and you will train it; Konami says Highlight cards have a higher progression ceiling than Featured, and Trending cards cannot be developed at all.

Key point: the label tells you the source of the card and its development rules, not its final strength. Konami only states two ceilings directly: Epic above Legendary, and Highlight above Featured. Compare the actual card's ratings, Playing Style and position before you sign it.
One Player, Many Cards
Big names exist as dozens of cards, so "a Featured Mbappe" tells you little on its own. In the eFootball game data from March 2026:
Listed Overall is the rating stored in the game data; it does not include any training you do. Each name links to that player's highest-rated card. Look up any card on player analytics before you spend.
4 Questions Before You Sign a Featured Player
This is general advice built on how the game works, not a formula. If you answer yes to all four, the card is probably worth it.
When to Skip a Featured Player
Save your coins and GP in these cases.
A second copy of a player you already use: you can own several, but only one can be in the Game Plan at a time
A card for a position where your current starter is already rated as high after training
A card you only want for one Event, unless the Event reward justifies it
Any spend that pushes you towards buying coins you had not planned to buy

As of October 2026, eFootball Market had 77 accounts listed, with asking prices from $18 to $999 and a median of $100. Your payment is held in escrow; the seller sends the login in the order chat, you secure the account and check the players match the listing, and only then is the seller paid.

Yes. Epic, Legendary, Highlight, Featured and Standard cards can all be developed. Trending cards, which are based on a specific match or week this season, cannot be developed.
What are the pull rates for Featured players?
Konami's official guide does not give a fixed rate, and we will not quote invented ones. What the guide does explain is how contracts work: a Chance Deal signs a random player from a list, a Nominating Contract lets you choose a player from a list, and a Selection Contract lets you choose from an exclusive Player List.
How long are Featured players available?
Konami does not set a fixed window in its guide. Dream Team is divided into Phases with Events built around current football, and the players on offer change with them. Check each list in-game for when it ends.
Should I spend coins on a Featured player or save them?
Spend when the card fills a real gap in your lineup, has a Playing Style that suits the role, and is a player you will develop. Save when you already have a strong card for that role, or when you would only use the player in an Event. Remember that GP cannot be bought with coins, so free GP routes are worth using first where a player can be signed with GP.
