How eFootball Market keeps trades safe

Every order on eFootball Market is paid into escrow. The seller is paid only after the buyer confirms that the account works and matches the listing. If it does not, the buyer opens a dispute and an admin reviews the order chat and evidence, then refunds the buyer or releases the payment to the seller.

How escrow works

  1. 1Pay into escrowThe buyer pays at checkout in USDT (TRC-20) or by card where it is offered. The money is held by eFootball Market, not sent to the seller.
  2. 2Seller accepts the orderThe seller accepts the order, or declines it and the listing goes back on sale.
  3. 3Seller hands over the accountThe seller sends the login details in the order's transaction chat and marks the account as delivered.
  4. 4Buyer checks and secures the accountThe buyer logs in, changes the email and password, removes links they do not control and checks that the players, team strength and coins match the listing.
  5. 5Buyer confirms or opens a disputeIf everything matches, the buyer confirms and the seller is paid. If not, the buyer opens a dispute before confirming and an admin reviews the order.

Once the buyer confirms, the payment is released and the sale is final, so check the account before you confirm.

What we check

Listings are reviewed

A new listing starts in review and only appears in the marketplace after an admin approves it.

USDT payments are checked

For USDT, the buyer submits the transaction hash and an admin checks the payment on the TRON network, usually within 1-2 hours, before the order goes ahead.

Sellers can verify their identity

Sellers can verify their identity by submitting an ID document, which an admin reviews before approving it.

Seller track record is visible

Every listing shows the seller's rating and how many sales they have completed, so you can see who you are dealing with.

Screenshots can be read by AI

Sellers can let AI read their squad screenshots, so the player list comes from the screenshots rather than being typed by hand. Those listings carry an AI Verified badge.

Everything stays in one chat

Login details, questions and evidence go in the order's transaction chat, which is what an admin reads if there is a dispute.

Disputes and refunds

Open a dispute from the order's transaction page if the seller does not deliver, the login does not work, or the account does not match the listing. Explain what is wrong and add screenshots.

While a dispute is open the order is frozen. An admin reads the transaction chat, the listing and your evidence, then refunds the buyer or pays the seller. A dispute can only be opened before the buyer confirms the order.

Scam warning signs

  • Someone asks you to pay them directly by bank transfer, mobile wallet, crypto or gift card instead of through checkout.
  • Someone asks for your own password, verification code or Konami ID login.
  • The price is far below similar listings with the same players and team strength.
  • The seller pushes you to confirm the order before you have logged in and checked the account.
  • Anyone offers free coins, coin generators, hacks or modded apps. They do not work and steal logins.

eFootball Market staff will never ask for your password or ask you to pay outside checkout. Payments made outside the site have no escrow and cannot be refunded through a dispute.

For sellers

  • Hand over the login only after the order shows the payment as received.
  • Send the login and answer questions in the transaction chat. It is your evidence if the buyer opens a dispute.
  • You are paid the sale price minus fees (5% platform plus 2% escrow) when the buyer confirms.
  • Trying to recover an account after selling it is fraud and gets your eFootball Market account banned.

Report a problem

For an order, use the dispute button on its transaction page. To report a listing, a user or anything else, email support@efootballmarket.com with a link to the listing or profile. More answers are on the help page.

Escrow and safety: FAQ

How does escrow work on eFootball Market?

Your payment is held by eFootball Market, not sent to the seller. The seller hands over the account, you check it and confirm, and only then is the seller paid. If the account is not as described you open a dispute and an admin reviews it.

What if the account is not as described?

Do not confirm the transaction. Open a dispute from the transaction page and explain what is wrong with screenshots. An admin reviews the chat and evidence and can refund you.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, if the seller cannot deliver or the account does not match the listing and you open a dispute before confirming. Once you confirm the transaction the payment is released and the sale is final, so check the account first.

What happens in a dispute?

The transaction is frozen and an admin reviews the transaction chat, screenshots and listing. The admin then either releases the payment to the seller or refunds the buyer.

Why should I never pay a seller outside the site?

Payments outside eFootball Market have no escrow and no dispute process, so if the seller disappears or recovers the account you cannot get your money back. Most account scams start with a request to pay directly.

Is it safe to buy eFootball accounts online?

It is safe when you use escrow and check the account before releasing payment. The risk comes from paying strangers directly on Facebook, Telegram or Discord, where there is no protection if they take the money or recover the account.

How do I avoid eFootball account scams?

Pay only through escrow, never share your own login or verification codes, change the email and password as soon as you receive an account, and be suspicious of prices far below similar listings. Ignore anyone offering free coins, hacks or generators.

Do eFootball coin generators or hacks work?

No. Coins, GP and players are stored on Konami servers, so no app, website or mod can add them to your account. Generators and hacks are scams that steal logins or install malware, and using them can get your account banned.

How do I know a seller is trustworthy?

Check their rating and how many sales they have completed, both shown on every listing, and see whether their screenshots show the account details clearly. Escrow protects you either way, because the seller is not paid until you confirm.

Can a seller take the account back after I buy it?

Only if they still control a linked login. Immediately change the password, replace the linked email or Konami ID with your own, and remove any links you do not control. Report recovery attempts to support.
