5. Account Listings and Sales

For Sellers:

• You must own the accounts you list for sale
• All account information must be accurate and up-to-date
• You must provide legitimate screenshots and account details
• You agree to transfer account ownership upon successful payment
• You are responsible for any account issues post-sale for 24 hours

For Buyers:

• You must verify account details before completing purchase
• You agree to change account credentials immediately after purchase
• You have 24 hours to report any issues with purchased accounts
• You accept responsibility for the account after the guarantee period

6. Payment and Fees

Our payment system operates on an escrow model to protect both buyers and sellers:

• Buyers pay upfront, funds held in escrow until delivery confirmation
• Sellers receive payment after successful account transfer
• We charge a 5% commission on successful sales
• Payment processing fees may apply based on chosen method
• Refunds are processed according to our refund policy

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by EFMarket and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
